Shloke Chhabra is an internationally experienced Executive Chef and F&B consultant with over 14 years in premium hospitality, spanning luxury hotels, award-winning restaurants, and large-scale operations across India and Ireland.

His career includes leadership roles with ITC Hotels, Press Up Hospitality Group, and the McKillen Group, working across fine dining, all-day dining, and delivery-led formats.

Known for balancing chef-led creativity with operator discipline, Shloke specialises in building food businesses that work in the real world, combining strong culinary identity with systems, structure, and commercial clarity.
